Very small aperture terminal (VSAT) is a communication system widely used by domestic and business users. It is operated with the help of a satellite. The end-user of a VSAT requires a box that interfaces an outside antenna with the computer of the user. The transceiver then sends the received signal to a satellite transponder in the sky.
